State Farm® Insurance Agent Joe Ems

"I went to Joe for a service that I paid $366 a month for insurance coverage of my then new 2023 ram 1500 warlock edition with hemi. Joe told me if I paid him $366/month for his service I would have nothing to worry about with a smile! My truck was stolen 5/2025 Since then I have been interrogated for 4 hours by their investigating team, I have been harassed by this investigating team, they even went so far as contacting 70 year old parents and siblings. I have been stuck with the $60 a day for rental car payments and while having a rock solid alibi and they have no evidence of me committing any fraud because I had nothing to do with my truck being stolen. But state farm wants full access to my phone, all my conversations with potential gfs i have dated, conversations with my kids, conversations with my therapist, my doctors, pictures i amy or may not of sent to gfs, everything I thought was safe and secure from prying eyes and felt secure would never be seen and also wants full access to my ring cameras inside my house you know of me walking around naked in my house that I lived alone, woman who have stayed over my house walking around naked, heart to heart conversations with my kids family and loved ones! When you go looking for an insurance company that takes a lot of of your really hard earned cash while they sit around in their comfy chairs cracking jokes about how hard their jobs are, do you want a company who has np taking your money that work so hard for be given to a company that sole purpose is to make sure to get you back to where you were before you came to them trusting them to cover your personal belongings that we all hold close and dear to us but instead treat you like your enemy while sitting around getting papercuts while I work 14 to 21 hours 7days a week to afford my belongings that I asked them to cover me for while I now crawl in bed wishing i didn't wake up knowing that all this extra work is to only pay for a rental car and will end the week with no spending money to show for all my hard back breaking 14 to 12 hour days in the construction field. This is what you have to look forward to when you go to Joe ems or any state farm agent for their coverage. Ask yourself is it really worth all this for a service you are paying so much for to be treated the way I have and to have all this money alotted to mistreating their own customers?? My dad has been with Joe for over 30years and they want to investigate my 72 old dad who is a retired Philly cop and just found out he has cancer and it's not looking good for him. Can you imagine footing a rental car bill of $60 a day while your insurance company asked to pry through your personal life and things about you, that don't even share with family? Are you ready to be interrogated even though there's no evidence and have a solid alibi. Then be told if you don't give them everything they want and I mean everything or they will deny you for a service of insurance coverage and leave you broke, having to defend yourself against stealing your own vehicle which is just absolutely insane being they know I had nothing to do with it and if they can't figure that out by my alibi. Then I worry state farm may be spending a real lot on a worthless expense of investigating! Joe offered me a service at a high price and I took him up on this offer and kept up my end of the deal but Joe has done nothing but spit on me and tell me it's raining when I asked him to fulfill his end of the deal he offered me and forgot to mention what I would be put through for him to honor his end of his coverage he promised me at $366 a month. State farm has done nothing but everything to revictimize over and over again and now my parents in ailing health. Now think about how you would look knowing all this and still deciding to use state farm and it happens to you. What's that called?"
